Link Aggregation (LACP)
Link aggregation (LACP) bonds multiple Ethernet ports into one logical link for more aggregate bandwidth or failover. It helps a NAS serve many clients at once, but a single transfer still rides one port — it is more lanes, not a faster car, and needs switch support.
